Job Description The Assistant Superintendent - Renovations will: Support the Lead Superintendent in managing daily field operations. Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics. Help oversee two active renovation projects in the Hingham, MA area. Maintain jobsite safety and ensure OSHA compliance. Track project progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders. Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage documentation and project workflows. Coordinate quality control efforts and ensure work is completed to company standards. Gain exposure to all phases of construction with a clear growth path to Superintendent. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent - Renovations should have: 2-3+ years of construction experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or related role. Open to candidates who have recently stepped into a Superintendent position. Experience supporting commercial, renovation, tenant improvement, or capital improvement projects. Working knowledge of Procore and/or Bluebeam. Strong communication and organizational skills. OSHA certification preferred. Construction Supervisor License (CSL) is a plus, but not required. Ability to work on projects throughout the Greater Boston area.
