About Our Client This opportunity is with a well-established, small-sized general contractor specializing in construction projects in the business services industry. The company is known for its consistent delivery of high-quality projects and its commitment to excellence in the Boston area. Job Description Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency. Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times. Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and quality. Supervise and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates. Proactively address and resolve any construction-related issues or delays. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: A thorough understanding of construction management processes and best practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications. Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs. What's on Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 USD per year.
