Role:
Halco is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our residential building and remodeling projects. You'll be the on-site leader ensuring that every project runs smoothly, meets our high standards, and exceeds client expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily site operations and ensure work is completed to scope and quality standards. Coordinate with the Project Manager and subcontractors to maintain project timelines. Implement site protection and dust containment to minimize client disruption. Maintain clear, documented communication with all stakeholders via Buildertrend, text, and email. Conduct daily logs with photos and updates on project progress. Manage change orders, gather pricing, and communicate updates to the Project Manager. Submit and follow up on RFIs to resolve project questions. Coordinate inspections with city/town officials and ensure compliance. Perform quality control checks and support project closeouts.
What You Bring:
Valid Construction Supervisor License (required) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Technical knowledge of residential construction and remodeling Detail-oriented with a critical eye for quality Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to tow a trailer (DOT certification not required) Proficiency in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Customer Satisfaction Project Completion Time Workmanship and Defect Rates Rework Costs Working Conditions:
On-site at various project locations May involve lifting and handling materials Occasional weekend work may be required
