Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities for a $12M ground-up multifamily development in Malden, MA. Manage project schedules, quality control, site safety, subcontractor coordination, and daily field operations. Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Collaborate closely with project management, ownership groups, and leadership teams throughout the project lifecycle. Utilise Procore to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication. Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics to ensure efficient project execution. Mentor and guide field personnel while fostering a productive and safety-focused jobsite culture. Support future ground-up construction projects throughout Greater Boston and surrounding markets. The Successful Applicant Must-Have Qualifications Experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent in commercial construction. Ground-up construction experience. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, safety, and field operations. Experience using Procore or similar construction management software. Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades on active jobsites. Must be based in or willing to commute throughout the Greater Boston area. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of construction experience. Ground-up multifamily project experience. Experience managing projects valued between $10M and $40M.
