- hire for long term fits Job Description Manage daily on-site activities for high-end residential construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines. Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project teams. Monitor project budgets and resource allocation. Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure a clean and organized job site at all times. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience with high-end residential construction projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
