This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll oversee projects from early planning through final delivery while working with a growing and reputable team. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Director of Construction and act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and at the highest level of quality. What You'll Be Doing Establish project goals, timelines, budgets, and key assumptions upon award Oversee due diligence and maintain organized project documentation Build and manage budgets from preconstruction through closeout Issue and manage contracts and purchase orders Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle Lead the design process from concept through construction documentation Develop and maintain detailed project schedules Run project meetings with internal teams and stakeholders Monitor progress against budget and timeline, making adjustments as needed Identify risks early and implement solutions proactively Mentor and guide Assistant Project Managers Collaborate with the Estimating team during preconstruction phases What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry Proficiency with Procore (required) Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, codes, scheduling, and cost control Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills Ability to navigate active job sites (including stairs and ladders) Additional Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorization to work in the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional ready to take ownership of meaningful commercial projects with a respected contractor.
