Residential New Construction Location:

Newton/Needham, MA (On-site and local job sites) The Absolute is a small, growing residential builder focused primarily on new construction. We're hiring an on-site Construction Project Manager who can run projects with minimal oversight-someone who builds their own plan, drives the schedule, and frees up the owner's time so the business can scale. Key Responsibilities Own the day-to-day execution of residential construction projects and occasional light commercial work Build and manage schedules, priorities, and task lists without requiring constant oversight Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and jobsite logistics Keep projects organized in JobTread; experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software transfers well Provide structured weekly updates and brief daily check-ins when needed Qualifications Proven construction project management experience Residential new construction experience strongly preferred Strong organization and follow-through
