We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager/Field Supervisor to lead job sites from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and holds themselves and their teams to the highest standard. What You'll Do As the primary point of contact on the job site, you will own the day-to-day execution of high-end residential construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and coordinating all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards Thoroughly reviewing and understanding all project plans, drawings, and specifications before and throughout construction Managing and directing subcontractors, vendors, and company employees to maintain project momentum and accountability Building and maintaining accurate construction schedules; proactively identifying and resolving delays before they become problems Handling invoice coding, budget tracking, and cost control to keep projects financially on target Ordering materials and coordinating inspections at the appropriate project milestones Cultivating strong, professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers — representing Fallon Custom Homes with professionalism at every interaction Championing job site safety, enforcing best practices, and maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment What We're Looking For Proven experience managing high-end residential construction projects Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate subcontractors and crews Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Solid understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost management A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Outstanding communication skills with clients, trade partners, and internal teams Active Construction Supervisor License required Why Fallon Custom Homes and Renovations We build homes that people love — and we take care of the people who build them.
