Our client in New Bedford is looking to hire a full-time

Strategic Project Manager:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00

We're seeking a Strategic Project Manager to oversee signage projects from planning through on-site execution. This role combines office-based leadership with hands-on field coordination, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage standard and large-scale signage projects, both in-office and on-site. Coordinate clients, contractors, installation crews, and internal teams. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and documentation. Attend site meetings, conduct walkthroughs, and resolve field issues. Handle permitting, surveys, engineering, and vendor logistics. Track progress in project management software and ensure clear communication.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project/Construction Management, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in signage, construction, or a project-driven industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with project management software (KeyedIn or similar). Flexibility to travel across New England and other regions as needed.

Preferred:

Experience with signage project workflows (fabrication, permitting, installation). Familiarity with site logistics, equipment, and safety requirements. Hands-on experience with field installs, punch list resolution, and walkthroughs.

Work Environment:

Based in New Bedford, MA, with frequent travel to job sites. Must be comfortable in both office and construction environments and hold a valid driver's license.
