Full-time Our client is a highly respected GC located up on the North Shore who provides a dynamic and innovative construction environment specializing in commercial, retail, and multifamiy residential projects. They are known for their commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency, as well as delivering projects on time and within budget. They are looking for an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in managing construction projects from start to finish, who is also able to represent the company at planning meetings. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at coordinating teams, maintaining schedules, and ensuring top-tier project execution.

Oversee projects primarily in the $5million - $25million ballpark Lead and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams Maintain project schedules and budgets while mitigating potential risks Represent the company professionally with clients, architects, and consultants Ensure a safe job site by enforcing OSHA standards and company safety policies What you need to succeed: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with at least 1 year as a Lead Super Willingness to attend bid meetings for projects that you will be placed on Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Procore and Microsoft Office experience preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork What's in it for you?
