Job Description The Superintendent - Ground Up Construction will: Oversee daily on-site construction operations to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain schedules and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project updates and requirements. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities. Manage site resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Ground Up Construction should have: Experience with managing ground-up construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Holds MA-CSL. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
