Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction and Building Quincy, Massachusetts Direct Hire May 1, 2026 Assistant Superintendent - Construction
Location:
Greater Boston Area (Projects across North, South, and West regions)
Salary:
Up to $130,000 (based on experience) We are partnered with a leading, employee-focused construction management firm with a strong presence across the Greater Boston market. Known for delivering high-quality projects across a diverse portfolio—including commercial, healthcare, life sciences, and residential—this firm has built a reputation for excellence, collaboration, and long-term client relationships. They are also recognized for their commitment to employee development, community involvement, and promoting from within. Due to continued growth, they are actively looking to add Assistant Superintendents to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day field operations Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics Help maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site Assist with quality control and ensure work is performed to specifications Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of field experience with a General Contractor Experience supporting construction projects in a field-based role Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
