Job Description Assist the Superintendent in managing on-site construction activities and ensuring project schedules are adhered to. Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is performed in compliance with specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate daily site operations, including material deliveries and equipment management. Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management. Ensure the highest standards of quality control and safety are maintained at all times. Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: Proven experience in construction project management or site supervision. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate with various teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
