Job Description Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met. Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring effective communication and team coordination. Identify and resolve potential project risks and issues promptly. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong professional relationships and addressing any concerns.   • Commercial Construction should have: A strong understanding of commercial construction processes and best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
