Job Description The Superintendent - Ground Up Construction will: Manage daily on-site operations for ground-up construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth workflows. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues promptly. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control. Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address concerns effectively. Resolve on-site challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Ground Up Construction should have: Experience with managing ground-up construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Holds MA-CSL. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
