A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Shrewsbury, MA client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Construction Project Manager position. Our client's work portfolio has grown substantially, and they are looking for entrepreneurial people who can grow with them.

  • Seeking experience supervisors in design/build construction industry
  • Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills A successful candidate will possess the following:
  • 3-5 years direct experience in industrial construction
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
  • Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
  • Must have experience with multi-million dollar projects
Salary Range:
