Job Description Manage day-to-day field operations on luxury residential construction projects from groundbreaking through completion Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules to ensure successful project delivery Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site environment Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, schedules, and communication Monitor project quality, budgets, and timelines while proactively resolving issues Collaborate closely with ownership, project managers, clients, and trade partners Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager within residential construction Proven experience managing custom home, luxury residential, or high-end residential projects Proficiency with Procore is required Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and project execution in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within the MetroWest and Greater Boston areas Must be commutable to Southborough, MA and surrounding project locations What's on Offer Competitive base salary of up to $140,000 Performance-based bonus opportunity Car allowance provided Comprehensive healthcare benefits Generous paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan
