Job Description

Residential Coordinator We are accepting applications for potential Residential Coordinator openings. Specific program assignments are based on organizational needs and may include Residential, ITT, or Adult Services programs. Under the supervision of the Program Specialist, the Residential Coordinator is a supervisor responsible for the management of the team in the group home setting. The Residential Coordinator oversees the general operation of the house.
General Responsibilities :
Serve as a role model for professionalism and direct teaching skills Conduct ongoing training and observation of all staff and students at the residence Monitor and evaluate educational and clinical programs Develop evening and weekend schedules, ensuring opportunities for practicing student specific objectives Manage household inventory, supplies, and petty cash Organize and maintain a safe, organized, and home-like environment
Qualifications :
