Ready to take the next step in your construction career? At Timberline Construction, our Assistant Superintendents are an important part of the team in the field. You'll work alongside experienced Superintendents and project teams to help bring complex commercial construction projects from plans to reality. It's a hands-on opportunity to build your construction knowledge, develop your leadership skills, and learn from people who know the industry. What You'll Do Work alongside the Superintendent to coordinate and oversee day-to-day construction activities on site. Help keep projects moving according to plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, owners, and project team members to keep communication clear and projects on track. Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, bulletins, drawing logs, sketches, and as-built drawings. Participate in weekly project coordination meetings. Help monitor jobsite safety and ensure work is being performed in accordance with Timberline's safety standards. Identify issues, help solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced construction environment. Take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of construction experience, including internships, co-ops, or other relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to read and understand construction plans and project documents. Knowledge of construction safety practices. A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with a team. Why Timberline?
