Bring your construction leadership to Greater Boston and help deliver high-impact commercial and residential projects that shape the city's landscape. In this Construction Project Manager opportunity, you'll join a team building a new Boston-based construction department and oversee projects from preconstruction through handover for a real estate organization focused on historic redevelopment. Work is based in Walpole, MA with job sites across the Greater Boston area. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include: 5+ years managing commercial or residential ground-up and renovation projects; Boston market experience required Oversee projects from preconstruction through handover Manage schedules, costs, and project performance to meet targets Use Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or Primavera P6 to support planning and tracking Ensure jobsite safety compliance, including OSHA 30-Hour certification Coordinate stakeholders to support historic redevelopment goals Maintain strong communication and leadership across project teams
Salary:
$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-based project bonuses.
