This energetic role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with lead designers, estimators, site supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. You'll assist in coordinating all phases of construction projects, leveraging your technical expertise and project management skills to drive success. Duties Support the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules using Buildertrend, google suite, or other scheduling software to ensure timely project delivery. Assist in reviewing construction plans, specifications, and drawings to verify accuracy and completeness before execution. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure materials and services are delivered as scheduled. Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam, and Civil engineering project management tools to track progress, update documentation, and communicate project status. Contribute to cost management by analyzing budgets, tracking expenses, and assisting with construction estimating processes. Support team members in conducting site inspections, safety audits, and quality control checks on construction sites. Prepare reports on project progress, schedule updates, and potential risks using Buildertrend daily logs, Slack and other reporting tools. Assist in managing project documentation including RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and daily logs to maintain organized records. Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety protocols. Familiarity with project scheduling software. Strong knowledge of construction management software including Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Civil engineering project management tools, and general project management platforms. Experience with construction estimating, cost management, and budgeting processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google suite. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings accurately. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively among various stakeholders including contractors, clients, and suppliers.
