Job Description Plan and manage all phases of public construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Manage contracts, procurement, and resource allocation effectively. Foster strong communication among team members and external partners. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Public Construction should have: Experience managing public construction projects from start to finish. Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
