With decades of industry experience and a diverse portfolio of projects, the company offers employees long-term stability, varied project exposure, and opportunities for growth. Job Description Manage all on-site construction activities for a 12,000-square-foot compounding pharmacy fit-out project in Waltham, MA. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Lead daily site operations, safety initiatives, and project progress tracking. Partner with project stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve field issues. Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and applicable regulations. Utilize Procore to manage documentation, communication, and project reporting. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and other company leadership throughout project execution. Support successful project closeout and transition to future assignments within the company. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Must-Have Qualifications Experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Strong ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules. Experience using Procore or similar construction management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on-site in the Greater Boston area. Preferred Qualifications DCAMM public construction experience. Experience with tenant improvement, renovation, and fit-out projects. Ground-up construction experience. Background managing commercial, public, or multifamily construction projects.
