Job Description
- $1000 SIGN
ON BONUS
- Details provided upon hire.
Compensation:
$500 stipend for first half of school year, $500 stipend for second half of the school year %Job Responsibilities Include:
- -assist site coordinator with day to day operation of the program.
- -function as a role model for other teachers
- -perform as Site Coordinator in their absence
- -give direction and feedback when necessary
- -support training and mentoring other staff members
- -lead children groups and daily routines
Expectations and Traits Needed :
ability to lead program in absence of Site Coordinator, strong communication skills, , able to give direction and feedback, team builder, supportive co-worker; have a great understanding of WCCC ASP's philosophy, regulations and protocols, have an understanding of "best practices" in providing care in the After School program.Job Types:
