Job Description The Lead/Senior Superintendent - Large Ground Up Projects will: Lead and manage on-site construction activites to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain strict adherence to saftey protocls and regulations on the job site. Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Resolve construction-related challenges promptly and effectively. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reports. Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project outcomes. The Successful Applicant A successful Lead/Senior Superintendent - Large Ground Up Projects should have: Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects in the property and construction industry. Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive apporach to addressing challenges.
