Junior Project Manager (Woburn)

OVERVIEW

: RestorePro is an independent, emergency, fire and water restoration company founded in 1997. We are seeking to fill a Junior Project Manager position that includes estimating and project management of fire, sewer, water and mold remediation and construction projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

: On site, review, assessment and job scoping of water, sewer, mold, fire, smoke damage and construction projects. Communication skills and delivering messages clearly and effectively, are essential and required. Immediate and projected coordination with assigned clients and colleagues about scope of job, schedule, project timelines, confirmation calls, billing and acquisition of materials, and should be able to work with others effortlessly and harmoniously to maximize efficiency and profitability. Ability to work in the field; independently, or as part of a team, to accomplish all remediation and mitigation assignments in a timely fashion and within allotted budgets. Manage and coordinate multiple jobs and internal teams of technicians in the field simultaneously - emphasis on meeting/exceeding scheduled deadlines and job scope compliance. Monitor projects to ensure quality workmanship, efficiency of crews, and satisfaction of clients. Oversee the acquisition and completion of all job documentation in order to invoice work completed in a timely manner. Ability to proactively communicate loss details, scope of work, and problem resolution with all parties involved in a loss, i.e.) company staff, homeowners, insurance professionals, property managers, business owners, vendors, etc.
