About the Opportunity Our client, one of the largest clinician-owned and operated ABA therapy providers in the United States, serves thousands of children across 20+ states and is growing fast. They are opening a brand-new center in Woburn, MA, and are looking for a mission-driven Center Director to lead its launch and growth. This is a dual-role position that combines community building with operational leadership. You'll build the center's presence in the local community, run day-to-day operations, and be the main point of contact for families and staff. A BCBA leads the clinical side, while you make sure the center runs smoothly, the community knows it exists, and every family feels supported. Not local to the Boston area? Responsibilities Community Outreach & Business Development Lead outreach to pediatricians, daycares, schools, and community organizations to build referral pipelines Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities Conduct center tours and follow up with families to convert inquiries into enrollments Build trusted relationships with families before, during, and after enrollment Center Operations & Leadership Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, parent communication, and facility management Serve as the primary point of contact for families and resolve concerns Work alongside RBTs and clinical staff on the floor and step in where needed Collaborate with corporate HR, finance, clinical, and marketing teams Team Development & Culture Build a positive, collaborative workplace culture Support onboarding and training of new staff Provide day-to-day coaching and support to the team Program Oversight & Quality Monitor service quality and family satisfaction, and escalate clinical concerns to the BCBA team Use data and feedback to drive operational improvements Maintain compliance with center standards and organizational policies Qualifications Required Experience in operations, center management, or outreach/business development, ideally in healthcare, pediatrics, or social services Strong relationship-building skills with families, community partners, and staff Hands-on leadership style and comfort working on the center floor Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of results Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when needed, including occasional weekends Preferred Experience working with children with autism, special needs, or neurodevelopmental differences BCBA certification or RBT training Experience opening or scaling a new center, clinic, or service location Background in pediatric home health, regional healthcare operations, or special needs program management

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends
