You will drive project success by optimizing site logistics, managing trade partner performance, and maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards throughout the construction lifecycle. Responsibilities Direct all daily field activities to ensure seamless progress on commercial fit-out and renovation projects. Coordinate subcontractor workflows, material deliveries, and municipal inspections to maintain aggressive project timelines. Facilitate clear communication between project managers, stakeholders, and building management to resolve onsite challenges proactively. Lead recurring site meetings to align trade partners on safety protocols and project milestones. Monitor site safety and quality compliance to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry specifications. Manage complex site logistics to minimize disruption in active, occupied building environments. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent or field leadership capacity within commercial construction. Proven track record of managing commercial interior projects valued up to $10M. Extensive experience coordinating and directing union labor and trade subcontractors. Advanced proficiency in interpreting complex construction blueprints, specifications, and architectural drawings. Preferred Skills Demonstrated expertise working within occupied or sensitive active building environments. Technical proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or Fieldwire. Possession of a Construction Supervisor License (CSL) or equivalent professional certification.
