Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout. Manage ground-up and renovation projects within life science, academic, healthcare, and tenant interiors markets. Oversee Assistant Superintendents and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Maintain project schedules, safety standards, quality control, and site logistics. Serve as the primary on-site representative for clients, consultants, and ownership. Collaborate closely with company leadership to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project to manage documentation, scheduling, and project progress. Drive proactive communication among project stakeholders while resolving field issues efficiently. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience working as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Proven success leading ground-up and renovation projects. Strong background in life science, academic, healthcare, or tenant interiors construction preferred. Ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules independently. Experience using Procore and scheduling software such as Microsoft Project. Excellent communication and client-facing leadership skills. Commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture and quality standards. Willingness to travel throughout the Greater Boston region and surrounding New England markets. Candidates located east of Worcester and within the I-495 corridor are strongly preferred.
