We are seeking a construction professional to oversee day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule. The right candidate will have strong field experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to lead jobsite activity while representing the company professionally on-site.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activity on assigned jobsites Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and according to plans and specifications Maintain site safety and enforce company safety standards Identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively Communicate progress, delays, and jobsite updates to management Monitor quality control and workmanship Help keep projects on schedule and within project requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of construction experience required Prior experience as a Construction Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field leadership role Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential construction practices Ability to read plans and coordinate field work accordingly Strong problem-solving and communication skills Reliable transportation to jobsites in the Baltimore area Ability to work independently and lead field operations effectively OSHA certification is a plus

Schedule:

Full-time Regular work week Hours may vary based on project needs
