Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Estimator/Pre Construction Manager to lead in mechanical and plumbing projects. If you're skilled in these areas, this role is made for you!
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Industrial Mechanical Construction, emphasis on process piping and plumbing preferred. Background in project management and estimating. Knowledge of project buyout for mechanical and plumbing materials and equipment. Proficiency in creating and reviewing project scopes. Track record of successfully handling projects exceeding $10 million in size. Ability to craft accurate estimates from schematic design documents.
