Job Description
Lead the field. Own the Clean Zone. We're looking for a senior cleanroom construction leader to take ownership of field execution within designated Clean Zones on a major controlled-environment construction project. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who understands cleanroom construction, knows how to manage trades in controlled environments, and can hold the entire site team accountable to cleanliness and construction standards. What you'll do: Lead day-to-day construction activities within designated Clean Zones Coordinate subcontractors and trades working inside controlled areas Enforce cleanroom protocols throughout construction and commissioning Manage work across Normal Clean, Very Clean and Ultra Clean protocol levels Monitor field conditions and work practices to protect Clean Zone requirements Train subcontractors, trades and site personnel on cleanroom procedures Identify and correct conditions that could compromise the controlled environment Coordinate with project management, engineering, commissioning and client teams Maintain a strong field presence and drive consistent execution Perform and document field inspections and observations using Procore Manage cleanroom consumables and material inventory Set up and maintain temporary gowning areas as required What you need: Extensive experience leading cleanroom construction Successful completion of at least three projects involving ISO 6 / Class 1,000 or cleaner environments Semiconductor or similarly controlled-environment construction experience Strong knowledge of cleanroom construction protocols and progressive cleanliness requirements Hands-on experience with cleanroom gowning procedures Experience managing subcontractors and trades within active cleanroom facilities Ability to train field teams and hold them accountable to cleanroom requirements Procore experience with inspections, observations and field reporting Strong field leadership and attention to detail Ability to work full-time on-site in the Baltimore/DC area Must be able to pass required background and drug screening This is a senior field leadership position for someone who has actually run cleanroom construction in the field, not simply worked around controlled environments.
Pay:
$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:
