Lead landmark ground-up projects valued up to $200M+ Join a growing General Contractor with 28% year-over-year growth About Our Client Our client is a highly respected commercial general contractor with more than 60 years of success delivering complex construction projects throughout the Washington, DC region. Known for its collaborative culture, employee development programs, and strong industry reputation, the company continues to experience substantial growth across multiple market sectors. Job Description Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Manage client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive project execution Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving challenges proactively Track project profitability and support successful financial outcomes Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office 365, and scheduling tools to manage project performance MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The successful Project Manager should have: 5-10 years of commercial construction experience General Contractor experience required Ground-up construction experience required Experience managing projects valued at $30M+ required Experience on commercial, healthcare, education, public works, multifamily, hospitality, office, or similar project types Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and Bluebeam Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred What's on Offer Base salary up to 145k Annual bonus based on company profitability and individual performance Monthly vehicle allowance of $1,000 Three medical plan options Two dental plan options Vision coverage FSA and HSA plans 401(k) with a 50% company match on up to 6% of employee contributions Dependent Care Account Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance Company-paid life insurance Paid parking On-site fitness facility 3 weeks PTO Paid company holidays
