Senior Superintendent Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in commercial construction with at least 5 years as a Superintendent Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale or complex commercial projects B.S. in Construction Management or related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage field operations, and maintain project schedules and budgets Deep knowledge of safety procedures and a track record of enforcing jobsite compliance Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
