Job Description
Job Description The Site Superintendent will serve as the primary onsite field representative responsible for daily construction management, subcontractor coordination, schedule execution, field documentation, and coordination with USACE and Walter Reed personnel. - Minimum 5 years of construction experience
- Specialized experience directly related to the work being performed
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
- Federal/USACE construction experience strongly preferred -
- Healthcare or occupied medical facility construction experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with RMS, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, AHAs, and USACE construction procedures
- Ability to manage phased work, after-hours work, and construction within an active hospital environment
- Must be dedicated full-time to this project while onsite construction is ongoing
