The company delivers both ground-up construction and interior projects across healthcare, life sciences, multifamily, education, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, and commercial interiors sectors throughout the DC Metro region. The Superintendent will play a key role in project success, while the Superintendent position offers exposure to a wide variety of project types and client relationships. Successful Superintendents are supported by experienced leadership teams and comprehensive professional development programs. Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout. Manage subcontractors, field personnel, site logistics, project schedules, quality control, and safety initiatives. Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Drive daily field operations on ground-up construction and interior fit-out projects. Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to maintain project progress. The Superintendent will oversee multiple trades and ensure effective coordination across all phases of construction. The Superintendent will maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Experienced Superintendents will have opportunities to work on complex projects ranging from $20M+ new construction assignments to sophisticated interior renovations. The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction. Experience managing ground-up construction Strong leadership and subcontractor management capabilities. Ability to develop and maintain project schedules. Thorough understanding of construction safety and quality control practices. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience within healthcare, education, life sciences, hospitality, office, multifamily, industrial, retail, or commercial interiors projects is preferred. Offer Salary:
$130,000 - $150,000 Annual performance bonus based on company profitability and individual performance.
