Superintendent:
Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships Coordinate with field teams, design partners, consultants, and ownership groups Lead project planning efforts to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved Monitor project financial performance and proactively manage risks and opportunities Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and support staff Ensure successful delivery of projects ranging from approximately $30M to $200M+ Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 5-10 years of commercial construction management experience Experience managing ground-up construction projects Project experience in sectors such as commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, public works, hospitality, industrial, or related markets Demonstrated experience with projects valued at $30M or greater Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project management skills Ability to lead diverse project teams and manage multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to work on projects throughout the Washington, D.C. Metro and Northern Virginia regions What's onOffer Base Salary:
