Superintendent - Masonry & Concrete Restoration We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial restoration projects throughout the Washington, DC / Baltimore, MD area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry and concrete restoration, waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and related building envelope work.
Responsibilities:
Supervise crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day field operations
Manage project schedules, safety, quality, and productivity
Coordinate materials, equipment, Client, and site logistics
Read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work
Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial restoration
Strong experience with masonry, concrete, waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and restoration
Ability to manage multiple crews and projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA/Safety training is a plus
Willingness to travel throughout the DC/Baltimore market
