COLUMBIA, Maryland job type: Permanent salary: $80,000 - 120,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Lead all on site construction activities from mobilization through completion, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget Manage subcontractors, daily field operations and site logistics while maintaining a safe and organized jobsiteDrive quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements Act as the on site leaders and primary point of contact, effectively communicating with clients, teams and stakeholders Bring proven experience as a Superintendent, ideally within Pre Engineered Steel Buildings Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to run jobs independently and hold teams accountableStay organized and tech-savvy with project management tools and be open to travel across the U.S. (Spanish speaking also a plus) qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 10 years of experience
