Project Manager Job Description Join our team as a Project Manager with a leading commercial general contractor specializing in pre-fabricated metal buildings and commercial interior renovations. You will play a pivotal role in managing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. Familiarize and oversee site work construction and utilities. Create and manage project budgets and schedules. Select and manage subcontractors effectively. Obtain necessary project permits and inspections. Essential Skills Proven project management experience in commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction management and change order processes. Experience in estimation and budget management. Proficiency in project coordination and document control. Familiarity with construction documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with PM software. History in pre-fabricated metal building projects. Work Environment You will work in a small office environment with occasional site visits for progress meetings. The office is conveniently located outside the city, offering an easy commute. This position provides exposure to all aspects of project management responsibilities and offers significant growth opportunities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fallston, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $55.00/hr.
