Project Superintendent -
Key ResponsibilitiesLead on-site construction and installation activities for data center projects.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, engineers, and project teams.
Ensure safety, quality, and schedule requirements are met.
Review project progress, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and field documentation.
Oversee material deliveries, equipment readiness, and site logistics.
Participate in daily coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders.
Track project milestones and provide status updates to leadership.
Support commissioning, issue resolution, and project turnover activities.
QualificationsExperience supervising projects in construction, controls, electrical, HVAC, or mission-critical environments.
Familiarity with electrical systems, controls panels, instrumentation, cabling, and conduit installations.
Experience working on data centers or critical infrastructure projects preferred.
Ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
