Full-Time Salary + Commission Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to manage large-scale commercial electrical construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical construction knowledge, project management experience, and proven leadership skills. Responsibilities Manage multiple large commercial electrical construction projects. Lead Assistant Project Managers, Foremen, General Foremen, and field crews. Manage project schedules, budgets, costs, profitability, and deadlines. Support estimating, bidding, take-offs, and project acquisition. Coordinate with General Contractors, construction managers, vendors, inspectors, and other trades. Attend project meetings and maintain strong client relationships. Manage change orders, contracts, billing, documentation, and project closeout. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and profitability goals. Ensure compliance with NEC codes, company policies, and safety standards. Monitor job-site safety and resolve issues as needed. Train, mentor, and develop project team members. Manage projects across multiple locations when required. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial electrical construction. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and power systems. Experience with commercial construction projects and field operations. Knowledge of estimating, bidding, take-offs, scheduling, contracts, and change orders. Experience managing project budgets and profitability. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Journeyman or Master Electrician license. Experience with large-scale/complex commercial electrical construction. Familiarity with the Baltimore-area commercial construction market . Experience working with General Contractors, owners, inspectors, and trade partners. Experience with electrical estimating/bidding software. Work Environment Combination of office and commercial construction job sites. Travel between project locations may be required. Fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
