Job Summary As the Production Manager, you lead and oversee roofing projects from inception to completion. You are the backbone of our operation, focusing on logistics, labor, and technical execution. You are the air traffic controller for our crews, the gatekeeper of quality, and the strategic mind that keeps jobs running smoothly. While the sales team focuses on revenue, you focus on quality, efficiency, and the 5-star experience.

Responsibilities Strategic Oversight:

Supervise daily roofing operations to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet our "Supreme" quality standards.

Technical Logistics:

Maintain organization in materials, equipment, and workflow.

Communication Hub:

Coordinate between project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners to facilitate seamless execution and provide real-time feedback.

Quality Control:

Conduct final inspections to verify workmanship and document job progress through photographs and software.

Problem Solving:

Proactively manage issues on-site, delivering a 5-star customer experience on every job.

Requirements Experience:

Proven management experience in roofing or construction supervision.

Tech-Savvy:
