Extremely high tenure with their employees, majority around for 20+ years Company wide bonus at the end of the year About Our Client My client is hiring for a superintendent with experience in ground up construction for a position in the NoVa/DC metro area. Job Description Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure project schedules and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site. Monitor progress and quality of work, resolving issues as they arise to keep projects on track. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and milestones. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection records. Implement and enforce project plans, specifications, and company standards. Perform inspections to ensure work adheres to design specifications and quality expectations. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience managing construction projects and coordinating with subcontractors. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
