Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced /Supervisor to lead construction projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage teams of skilled workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, and safety regulations will drive project success and uphold the highest standards of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate complex projects, interpret technical drawings, and foster a collaborative team environment that thrives on excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Supervise construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA and federal construction safety regulations. Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other construction management software to meet deadlines efficiently. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret project requirements accurately. Manage subcontractor contracts, oversee budgeting processes, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety standards, and progress against the construction schedule. Lead team meetings to communicate project updates, manage crew performance, and resolve on-site issues promptly. Oversee construction safety management practices, ensuring all activities comply with OSHA standards and industry regulations. Qualifications Proven experience managing teams in a construction management role within commercial or heavy civil projects. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Primavera. Familiarity with construction estimating software like HeavyBid and proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple crews while maintaining high safety standards on-site. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members effectively. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, construction drawing review, and project scheduling coordination. Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) along with construction regulations applicable to commercial projects.
