Job requirements Minimum of 7 years plumbing/mechanical construction experience Minimum 2 years of foreman/leadership experience Strong background in commercial plumbing systems, HVAC systems, piping, ductwork, and mechanical equipment installation Ability to manage multiple crews and commercial projects simultaneously Knowledge of commercial mechanical codes, blueprints, and construction safety standards
OSHA 10, OSHA
30, and EPA Certification are required Master Plumber is strongly preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in fast-paced commercial construction environments Valid driver's license Damon Mechanical Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
