We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a driven leader who thrives on problem-solving, building strong relationships, and delivering successful projects on time and on budget. What You'll Do Lead planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects Manage contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Oversee project buyout, change orders, and financial performance Partner with Superintendents and field teams to ensure quality and safety Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements Drive successful project closeout and client satisfaction What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Proficiency with construction and project management software (e.g., Procore, Sage, MS Project, Office Suite) Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications Why Join Sheridan?
