Commercial Foreman/Superintendent

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Foreman/Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within scope, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive management style, leadership skills, and a understanding of construction processes. You will coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality standards are met while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and project specifications. Responsibilities Lead on-site construction activities, supervising subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications Develop and maintain detailed project schedules working closely with the project manager. Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols Read blueprints. Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets design standards and contractual requirements Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve issues, and adapt schedules as needed Requirements Positive attitude. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam a plus but not a requirement. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols . $60,962.85 - $73,417.63 per year
