Residential Construction Team Lead

Duties Lead and supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety. Oversee daily construction operations, including site setup, progress monitoring, and quality control inspections. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide team activities and verify work accuracy. Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment. Supervise subcontractors and team members, providing mentorship and performance feedback. Maintain detailed records of project progress, issues, and resolutions for reporting purposes. Skills Proven experience in construction management with a focus on residential projects. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in platform framing techniques, custom home building, and occasional special projects. Knowledge of construction site safety standards including OSHA regulations. Excellent blueprint reading and schematic interpretation abilities. Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control techniques. Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members seamlessly.
