Construction Project Manager -
Restoration Location:
Auburn Hills, MI Base:
$65,000-$85,000 Base + Commission The Opportunity We are seeking a driven Construction Project Manager to oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading teams, managing vendors, and delivering high-quality projects while maintaining strong client communication. You'll play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, ensuring project quality, and keeping projects moving efficiently from estimate to completion. What You'll Do Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish Oversee subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and project timelines Create and manage project budgets, purchase orders, and job costing Ensure projects remain compliant with safety standards and building codes Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout projects Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response situations What We're Looking For Experience in construction project management, restoration preferred Knowledge of building codes, permits, subcontractor coordination, and budgeting Familiarity with Xactimate and project management software Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to solve problems independently OSHA 30 certification preferred Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, MI Compensation & Benefits $65K-$85K base salary + commission Growth opportunity with an established team Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Opportunity to manage impactful restoration projects
